Topic was (past tense - we completely ruined it now :werd:) if the Superbowl was played outdoors.

Gunny, did I point it out to you or not?

Oh, and since and then imply agreement to 1999 season's sb being played in the Superdome. Maybe it's a language barrier. ;)
no doubt. it's in the premise of post 1.

I say the tailgatin' would be much better. the atl surrounding the dome isn't the french quarter (well,. anymore) if you know what I'm saying.

He still watches it all the time. that and The Polar Express.

I think the outcome of SB 34 would have been way different had it taken place in San Diego. St. Louis is a dome team and we play on a natural outdoor surface. They would be limited somewhat in the things they would have been able to do. Eddie would still grind out the hard yards.

I believe earlier in that season we played them and won. It came down to a fg. We were at home.

Actually the game wasn't that close. We lit them up for 21 points in the first quarter then coasted. It was still 21-0 at the half. We won 24-21.

when you kick a last moment fg from a 21-21 tie then it's not close at all.

like when we beat the giants... It wasn't even close.

We kicked the FG in the 3rd quarter, so we were up 24-14 going into the 4th quarter. Nice try.
