Some thoughts from a long day of viewing SEC teams:

    Same ole Vandy.
    Bama's D is strong.
    Georgia didn't impress me.
    Auburn didn't either.
South Carolina may be the second best team in the East.
LSU looks like a pro team.

Overall, I was underwhelmed with a lot of the QB play today which I thought would be a strength of the conference. I think it looks like a down year for the SEC with a lot of drop off after LSU and Florida.

LSU ought to be #1 in next weeks polls

VT was obviously over rated, but yeah LSU looks scary good. I was at the UT game last night. UT's D looks scary bad. It is probably gonna be a long year for the orange and white.

I definitely agree that it's a down year for the SEC.

Not really much of a college fan, it is where the pros come from, but yeah I agree with most of what has been said. I am starting to wonder how long UT fans will put up with a "average team". It has been a long time since tempe hasn't it? I would like to watch Florida and LSU play, that would be "the National Championship" as far as I am concerned.

I was too! Wish I had contacted you before, we had a great tailgate and time!

UT's D in the first half was awful. They looked better the second half, hopefully they will continue and improve on what they did in the second half.
