Coming off a sucky Bye Week, the Titans start their second quarter of the season. The Titans will start by hosting Atlanta in week 5. Then they go to Tampa, then Houston, and finally at home Oakland for their Halloween game.
I think the Titans can go 4-0. I worry that the Titans MIGHT go out against the Falcons with big heads and end up throwing the game. I've heard Fisher say the same thing. The leadership on the team is better than what its been and hopefully they will take the Falcons seriously.
The other game that might cause some worry is at Houston. Personally, I think our defense will stop them cold.
With all that said, I'm going 4-0.

I worry more about the bucs. They're running wild on the panthers, even williams out with a serious looking knee injury. We'll see though. I'm guessing 3-1, but I don't know which would be the loss.

Don't we play Atlanta first up?

I think if we're as good as we seem to think we are, we can go 4-0 in those games. The only teams that worry me are Tampa and Texans, although Oakland and Atlanta could be fiesty, as they showed today. Really, I'd be happy with 3-1, but going perfect is not out of the question IMO.

I went 3-1, although 4-0 wouldn't surprise me at all. I've said before with this stretch - individually we should win every game, but as a 4 game stretch I'm not convinced we can be consistent enough to play up to our ability each time. Each one has it's pitfalls - ATL is coming off a bye week, HOU always plays us tough as does OAK, TB is raising some eyebrows and it's on the road...

So OAK and TB worry me the most, just because they seem like the most likely to be a trap game. TB is playing well, and if we beat ATL coming off the bye (with all the questions about will the bye slow us down) we can't let down a bit on the road. Same thing with OAK - if we beat the Texans on the road, it's an emotional win against a division opponent. Those games are tough for a young team to refocus after, and especially against teams you feel you should beat.

I'm worried about Tampa. Their defense is nasty and Garcia is a player. Plus, playing in Tampa is never easy. But on a good note for us, they lost Cadillac for the season yesterday.

Something that could change the entire outlook of the next 4 games, if not the season, is one key player going down with an injury. A test to our depth.

I went 4-0. 3-1 would be fine with me. We'll be fine coming off our bye, and we'll handle the Falcons. Tampa and Houston are the two games that worry me. Tampa will be a good test for our secondary; if our D-line gives Garcia enough pressure we'll take the game easily. I'm anxious to see how the Texan's D plays us. They aren't deep enough. Oakland doesn't worry me at all really. Daunte had his best game of the season sunday.

So 4-0, as long as our D-line keeps bringing the heat like they have been.
