you always saw players come and go, year end and year out, but you always new #15 would be there to stabilize everything. Farewell old friend, farewell.

that is heartbreaking actually. Dunno why....guess cause he was around all those years after he left the pack....and I can remember his wobble duck passes on occasion or running for a first down.....what I remember most is.....whatever he was paid was not enough, because he sure caused us to win games we had no business winning with the way he changed field position. Didnt matter if we were punting from midfield or or our own goal line, when he stepped up I felt confident he would not get blocked and the other team would be in bad field position. Just felt confident with him.......I wish he wanted to make about another five million before he hung them up.
