I think Hasselbeck will do well. Hell, I'll even say that, if we got extremely lucky, we could make the playoffs this year and maybe even be contenders next year.

Hasselbeck is a good QB, he's just been on a lousy team.

Who are you and why have you hacked costarica2's account?

    That's just way too positive.

Give the guy some time to get implemented/comfortable into the offense. Once we get Britt & CJ back to go with Cook, I think the offense will be pretty good.

Our QB situation this year is an upgrade over what we had last year! At least we're headed in the right direction.

    Hasselbeck looks poised. He's savvy.

You can just tell he knows what he's doing out there. Still think he was the best option we had at QB this offseason.

Locker isn't ready yet- simple as that. He needs a year. They'd barely let him pass the other night.

Why would you be opposed to inserting Locker as the starter at that point?

so he can have an entire year and offseason to work the pro game and his mechanics, it may stunt his growth to be starting in the NFL without having ample time to work the little things.

Eh, I don't see starting the back half of the season as hurting him.

I actually think Matt looks pretty good, hurt he will be... But for the most part I thought he has looked great. At least there are QB options in Tennessee, have you seen the Seahawks QB situation? Tarvaris Jackson, and Clip board Jesus, they couldn't hit the water if they fell out of a boat ha ha ha.

Going to be a great year to be a Titans fan for sure!!! I hope we get some games out here in The Great North Wet!!!

Hasselbeck is a huge improvement over Kerry Collins.
