Walter's football 2/23 mock

First let me say I am not a fan of this site, I like draftcountdown.com better, and have recently been looking at drafttek.com as well. Having said that, I would love if their most recent mock was identical to our draft, the only one I may would change is round 4, with DJ Williams still on the board he would have been an easy pick for me, but interior oline is a huge need, so I can't complain with taking a guard.

Round 1 Marcel Dareus DT Alabama
Round 2 Jake Locker QB Washington
Round 3 Deandre McDaniel SS Clemson
Round 4 Will Rackley OT/OG Lehigh
Round 5 Greg Romeus DE Pittsburgh- LOVE THIS PICK, he could be the steal of the draft that late.

You're right, it could, but he dropped from early/mid first to the 2nd after the Senior Bowl. Remember last year Tebow did the same, and he moved back into the first because coaches fell in love with his intangibles. Denver took him, but it was rumored Buffalo was about to as well. Tebow wasn't nearly as highly rated as Locker was coming out, and had many more issues with his mechanics. Locker is the type of player coaches fall in love with, I said in another thread, I see him moving into the middle of round 1, possibly as high as Washington at 10, or as late as Seattle at 25. I will be shocked if Seattle passes on him there.
That said, I posted this mock because I would love for us to come out of the first 3 rounds with these players, even if it means we have to trade back into the 1st ahead of Seattle to get Locker.
