Lofton just made his first shot of the night with 12 minutes to go... he'd better pick it up, he's been terrible.

    This game is over.

Has anyone noticed that at all three of the vols tournament games, the crowd has been MUCH louder for the other teams? I was especially surprised in Birmingham, where I thought we'd have a solid following.

Lofton was invisible the entire tourney - wonder where he'll go pro wise.

Lofton will be remembered as once of the best TN players ever, but one who disappeared in the NCAA tournament! He tanked every year at tournament time!

The Vols peaked in the Memphis game and didn't look close to being as good the rest of the season. No decent point guard play caught up to them. They couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with some of their shots last night.

This controlled chaos style of play doesn't work when you can't occasionally hit the three. The Vols need a couple of more shooters on the roster next season.
