VY was lazy and slow to learn but aside from weak character he was becoming a beast on the field. The waste of talent and of what "could've been" is why these threads last so long. You don't see anyone talking about Locker. I liked em both but that's water under bridge. VY is a sad story if you like him , Locker as well.

 

Well that makes the rest of the nfl pretty stupid considering he beat a lot of coaches and teams on a consistent basis.

 

He was also a good leader in that he knew how to rally his teammates. It actually looked like the team was having fun out there. Been a while since we've seen that from this team.

 

Then got beat pretty consistently. Lost his job... never really played for another team... if other coaches are stupid, VY is retarded to not be able to play for them.

He wasn't necessarily a bust... but he was bad more during his NFL career than he was good. If you argument points to only a year, maybe 2... then that's a lost argument.

Can't pick and choose to fit your point... gotta take it as a whole. As a whole he wasn't that good. More valleys than peaks.

 

He beat the giants, who won the superbowl that year, on the eagles when his last start was over a year ago.

Did the Eagles win the Superbowl? Does the Superbowl winning team go undefeated every year?

dont care. They make it clear they are only in it for the money on a consistent basis. They can have fun from February till July
