In my experience as a Longhorn fan, these were common:

"Wow!" (usually said while shaking head in disbelief and amazement)

"Holy ****, did he really just do that?!?"

"Man he makes those other players look like they're standing still!"

"That guy REFUSES to lose!"

"Don't mess with Vince!"

"He's Superman!" :super:

"He's an alien!"

Or to sum it all up, as shouted by the Texas radio play-by-play announcer when Vince scored on 4th and 5 to win the title game..."TD VINCE YOUNG! HE'S DONE IT AGAIN!"
