    I'm assuming this is the Weyland-Yutani xenomorph from the "Alien" franchise...if so, I don't think it is a villian, technically. Likewise with any of the 'biological weapons' created by Umbrella Corporation. The villains are Weyland-Yutani and Umbrella Corp themselves.

    That being said, I could conceivably enter Albert Wesker as a villain; however, he has had to change sides at the end of the last installment of Resident Evil because Red Queen has become the true villain.

    Hmm... I would argue Tetsuo merely the antagonist than a villain. Poor guy had issues, but he needed his friend in the end.
