VIDEO: Kerry Collins last 4 game tying/winning drive attempts

When Kerry sees a big ole defensive monster coming at him full tilt, all he sees is a hospital bed. That's why he will never be any good anymore when the game is on the line. He has a family, he's what, 37 years old? He's looking for a great retirement after next season and he will try his best to do whatever he has to make that happen. The team will either have to make sure he is protected, or we can kiss a lot of future game wins good-by.

And yes, I am psychic. I know what my dogs are thinking at all times.

 

I think the O-line needs to step up seems like he's under a-lot of pressure this year or either the WR aren't getting open soon enough.

 

there is something every single one of those videos have in common; every defensive coordinator thought it would be a good idea to bring the house and give collins no time to throw.

they obviously brought more guys than we could block, so there has to be something open in the defensive backfield while they're playing man-to-man. but collins just throws the ball away because he doesn't like anything but a clean pocket he can step up into.

 

VY never had Chris Johnson, so how is it fair to write him off as the worse quarterback?

 

He had Johnson for the preseason and parts of three games last year. That excuse just doesn't make it for me.

 

3 games? Young didn't even play 3 quarters of meaningful football last season.

 

Yea if by game changer you mean possession changer, if it's not a pick it's a punt.

 

He played 3 1/2 quarters against Jax and looked like crap. You know the rest.

Like I said earlier, if the season spirals out of control I'm ready to get another look at Young in a games that count with the 1st team. I'd just like to find out
where he stands and move on either with or without him.

 

I'm ready to sink or swim with Vince Young.

 

Because Chris Johnson magically makes throws go towards Titans players rather than straight to defenders, right?
