I'm sure justice will be served. Maybe not through the legal system, but she'll never be able to be out in public for long periods of time if she wishes to keep her head attached to her neck.

There are a lot of crazy people out there.

I love America but hate the population dividing politics. It's still better to see a bad apple not getting convicted than an innocent person getting locked away. Too bad both scenarios occur regularly. Salem would be worse than watching murderers go free.

The evidence just wasn't there to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she murdered her daughter. Hate the system if you like but it is what it is.

All that said, I totally think she did it.

who cares about the evidence! The Jury isnt the police they dont have to go by the books! they should have went with what they knew was right like all other Americans! and found her Guilty in the 1st degree. No mother goes shopping and having a good time knowing their 2 year old is missing. The Jury needs their @$$ kicked for trying to be detectives.

Remember this; she was tried in a court of law, not a court of justice

Who cares about the evidence? Did you just really say that? I think she did it, but our justice system isn't based on gut feelings.

like i said the Jury can decide what they want based on anything behind those doors. they let the law scare them into acting like detectives. and they let the murderer go.

if i was on the Jury the other 11 people wouldnt have got me to agree.

You are completely wrong. The jury is instructed to make a decision based on the evidence presented in court and without emotion. Prosecutor didn't make a good enough case.

While I personally think she was guilty, the state failed to provide proof that she was without a doubt guilty. The prosecution failed to prove without a doubt that Anthony was guilty and under the constitution, she is innocent until proven guilty. If she is in fact guilty, it's unfortunate, but at the same time, I don't like the idea of innocent people being imprisoned or put to death so I support the constitutional obligation to provide reasonable proof.
