UPS exiles my package for a day

    Maybe I shouldn't vent and just be thankful that there's a company that brings things to my door. However, I would love to know how or why this happens. Any ideas?

    that's weird ... unless the waybill is somehow messed up, or someone incorrectly put it on the wrong truck.
    maybe Lexington is some sort of secret anti-terrorism testing and sterilization station

    Human error. It's UPS there are no astronauts running that place. My company uses UPS and let me tell you; they give our packages to the wrong people. For whatever reason these random people accept the boxes as if they've ordered them. So if I'm you, I'm hoping they haven't given your stuff away.

    Somehow the guys in brown are confused with Santa Claus.

    Sometimes I wish they would have never invented this tracking service. It gets your hopes up when you package arrives in your town early in the morning then shipped off to a town an hour away to sit there all day.
