It's so much more difficult to repeat like that, in any way, in the NCAA. So many more teams you are up against to get there, or to even get to the tournament at all.

All season these teams play games in gymnasiums and arena's, then for the Final 4 you throw them in a huge place like Reliant Stadium and that's got to mess with the shooting percentages.
Do they really need to sell that many tickets for the final games with the money they make from TV? I think they should stop playing basketball in football stadiums. The Final 4 was dull, not what you'd expect to see from the so-called "greatest sports event"...

The shooting was bad last year by both teams for the same reason. Uconn shot poorly also.


Not sure why they haven't figured this out yet. Black holes behind the goal and being in a bowl with that many people kills your depth perception.
