Not really suprising to see the Griffin deal is closer due to the same position player (CB) taken one slot after.. the slotting at least afterwards. The % increase over that one slot and the % over last year gives the team the basic values to work with.

Whilst Reinfeldt may have matched it.. the deals may have totally different language from his time with Seattle. You don't know his background of how they did the draft at Seattle.. they may be more cautious or whatever. I aren't that bothered, I think they'll get done within the next day or so.

Right now we're in the bigger percentage of teams that haven't signed all the picks.

Look at the list.. and then look ALL around our pick. Only Aaron Ross is signed. Then look at someone like Ben Grubbs, slotted between 3 picks either side. Much easier to work with.

 

I wanted to have the picks all signed... although maybe Reese always got it done by giving away the farm.
