3 years. Yeah, I bet that report was written in old english. Perhaps caligraphy even. I bet Fowler has changed dramatically. He probably runs a 4.6 forty now, grew 3 inches, maxes 600lbs bench, etc.
Those long 3 years. A scouting report should at least give you an idea of potential. Better yet, someone's 3 years in the NFL should give you an idea of their potential.
Had it been us that drafted this guy, we'd all be trying to get him off the roster. Since someone else did and let him go, we've actually got people taking up for him right now. haha That's hilarious.

If I looked at a 3 year old scouting report for Vince Young, they would tell me that would be better at receiver than quarterback. Three years is a long time. Let's face it, you don't know jack about Fowler.
