A lot of people don't like him but he is the main reason why I tune into MNF if I don't care about the teams. To hear him talk about Martin and Incognito tomorrow night is gonna be awesome

 

Can anyone give me a QB Jon Gruden developed? No, because despite his reputation for being a QB guru he hasn't done it.

As the offensive coordinator in Philly he had Rodney Pete, Randall Cunningham and Ty Detmer. As a head coach in Oakland he had Rich Gannon and Marques Tuiasasopo. In Tampa he had Brad Johnson, Shaun King, Chris Simms, Bruce Gradkowski, Luke McCown and Brian Griese.

Did he develop any of those guys? No. Some of the were established before he got there and others just never amounted to anything. Offensive genius my ass.

 

Art Briles perhaps?

 

Add Nick Saban to the list of guys I don't want.

 

I don't care who it is as long as its not a run first play defense win by a field goal coach. That **** is old around here

 

I just think college is a different game. Once you get things established it becomes a lot easier to get top-level talent. He's a great coach, but it sure as hell doesn't hurt to have every 4* and 5* recruit from Alabama, Louisiana and Tennessee at your disposal.

You can't recruit a dominant team in the NFL.

 

Phil Jackson and we would be good in the Triangle offense

 

VY cant carry Manziel's jock. He will be a successful NFL QB. He isnt just a running QB. He can throw and is football smart. Time to realize this is a the direction the NFL is going.
