    Debate? What debate?

There's no question that Troy Smith is a great player, but Vince has an aura of leadership about him, a charisma that goes above and beyond sheer playing ability. This isn't meant as a knock on Troy, as much as it is a compliment to Vince. The guy's intangibles are absoulely through the roof...there's just an air about him that I haven't seen from any other player in a long, long time.

    Uh oh...

I hope your point is NOT to suggest we draft Troy Smith, is it???

    Here's a comparison...

If Vince Young somehow strapped up for the Michigan Wolverines today, AFTER playing 5 or so weeks in the NFL, he'd have the Buckeyes at his mercy.

The worst NFL team is ALWAYS better than THE BEST college football team. Remember that. It's 2 different levels of football. Case in point? Reggie Bush. Nuff said. End of story.

So, this thread got started because of the Michigan-OSU game today??

I'll admit it's been a slow week, but jeez...
