You can fully determine that JR is 50% hit rate after one year? Really?

I still don't get your "A team would have to be stupid to trade down with the Titans!", mentality when a team would have to trade down in order for the Titans to trade up like you're wanting.

Trading down from a higher pick (10-15ish) is less likely than someone wanting to trade up to the middle-ish of round 1(#18) from the 20's.

If Jrob has his eye on a guy in the teens that he doesn't think will make it to 18, I can see him making a move. He likes to wheel and deal.

Not having a 2nd this year complicates things. Future picks have less value so that means more stock gets unloaded this year where maybe a 2nd and a 5th could move up enough...now we are talking a 3rd and next years 2nd.

It really depends on how Jrob and Co feel about the prospects.

He missed on a guy who has barely played and was injured when he did play? That's a tough assessment.

Let's at least let the guy get healed up and play a few games before calling him a dud.

If he can't contribute and get 5-6 sacks as a rotational guy...sure he was a waste of a pick. But as of now he hasn't had the chance to prove anything.

Trade chart has 18 worth 900. 83 worth 175. We could in theory move up to pick 15.

    14 by adding a 5th.

He has a foot injury that was pre-existing which cannot heal fully.

    Ask @Riverman , he's in the business

We shall see what happens. Can't call bust just yet.

Maybe it never heals and his NFL career was over before it started. Or maybe he overcomes it enough to be a decent fill in. Can't say at this point.

It is not crazy to think that we might repeat what we did last year. Trade down from 5 to get a 2nd and then trade up from #18 using one of our 3rds.

I'd be happy with pick #11 and #14 and having a 2nd rnder.
