This was (I think) during the first playoff game, the kid (Cooper Stone) that throws out the first pitch to Josh Hamilton, his dad died earlier at one of the home games when a foul ball was hit and after Hamilton picked it up, the kid's dad and some other fans were calling for Hamilton to throw them the ball and he did, the dad lost his balance when he reached for it, fell like 20 feet or something on his head.

Even though it was an accident and wasn't Hamilton's fault, anyone in his shoes would feel responsible and it was especially touching when the kid and his mom embraced Hamilton, symbolic for letting go and accepting it was no one's fault and just a tragic accident.

I don't want to post a video of someone dying on here out of respect, so if you're curious on how it happened, search "Texas Rangers Fan Dies Falling Out Of Stands" on youtube.
