    Makes sense. DWill is more valuable for ST and he's a decent WR from preseason. Mariani is starting on ST so there's no way he's getting deactivated.

    What about his 3 catches for 14 yards this preseason suggests he deserves to be on the field?

    He didn't deserve a roster spot.

    isnt mariani fishers sons friend?enough said.....even though im sure that helped mariani will be a good returner im still suprised they never tried out hawkins for returner.how do you get a 99 rating in madden for returner and not even be in the runnings.(i know madden is just a game you would think they would have done there homework.)but its just week one and what a great win it was today.....
