He will be on board if he works out. Hes just entertaining himself in the off season

 

The problem is the people who were on this board when VY was drafted saw this same exact influx of Texas fans saying the same exact things.

You beef up the O line and play CBj and last year's sixth round pick. They're getting paid and they're not rookies. When 8MM gets thrown to the wolves on Week 1 we run a 50/50 chance of going 17 weeks with an injured starter, CBJ and last year's sixth round pick.

 

20 years ago I would agree with you. The NFL though has done their best to make playing QB a lot easier. Look at how many RoY QBs there have been in the last 10 years or so. It used to be unheard of for that to happen. Even Peyton Manning had a bad rookie year. Then look at teams which have been turned around by a good rookie QB.
