    Your last two points I have made before. Everyone involved in hiring Munch is gone now. Therefore they can fire Munch without sending the message they made a mistake hiring him.

    Not my point. I'm talking more about ego.

    If this franchise was dropped in my lap, and I had the power, it would be hard to resist making it my own by putting my people in place. To produce a champion would be to do something Bud never could.

    That's instant legend stuff.

    I agree that money could head towards Knoxville if the Vols return to normalcy and the Titans continue the way they have the last 5 years.

    Yes, I can see that too. And it often happens when a child takes over a business for a dead parent. TS may have, in certain ways, been waiting for Bud to die so he could assert himself.

    He and Bud had their difference according to some reports I've heard. To do what he never could would be too tempting, IMO, to not make changes asap.
