Titans to consider multiple options at center

According to the Tennessean, it's Amano's job to lose, with the position open to competition within the current roster:

I really hope that William Vlachos pulls out as the starter than let Fernando Velasco battle it out with Leroy Harris for the starting right guard position.

Kinda seems like they whiffed on all the decent free agent centers and now they are praying that someone, anyone, will take the job from Amano.

That's what I'm talking about! At least now they're officially saying that Amano is not guaranteed to start. I'll take it. It would be awesome if Matthews turns out to be a stud like his daddy was for us.

I like the direction that Munch is going and what he has done with the team so far, but this is the one area that I am very disappointed with right now. I still attribute missing out on Wells to BA and PM, but even still they should've at least brought in a veteran for competition or drafted someone. Oh well, I will just hope for the best with this bunch I guess.

Weird that it goes from open competition from 4 Centers and in the end, 2 of them probably won't have a job.

I don't see Matthews getting cut so pretty much its a two person race and both of the options suck.
