    That doesn't mean anything (sidelines).
We don't know how he is in the locker room, meetings, etc.....
Lots of coaches seem that way on the sidelines. Belichick.

3-2 with a new staff, this team, basically no CJ ......isn't bad. We have time to improve.

I still think Thomlin is living off of Cower.

The circumstances do not dictate whether or not he has some shred of confidence in his abilities, hell even Mike Singleterry with all that nonsense in San Fran showed some sort of leadership. He's an extension of Fisher, with the same vanilla answers to avoid taking responsibility, same vanilla game plans, same expressionless demeanor on the sideline. How encouraging.

Again......ridiculous to assume and claim there is no confidence or leadership from the outside looking in.

Titans are 3-2 with significantly less talent than the dream team that's now 1-4.

Yeah, because Singletary's fiery demeanor made him great....UH, NO.

Belicheat is pretty docile on the sideline, as was Tom Landry, as was Chuck Noll, as was Tony Dungy, as was Bill Walsh, as was....need I go on.

My only point is.....what is your point about what demeanor on the sideline has with success??? There is a WHOLE lot of evidence to suggest otherwise.
