For now on if you simply say Washington you are referring to Nate. He has been on the team longer and has been a great asset so he gets the benefit of being called his last name.
Otherwise when making a distinction between the two Washington's say "Leon" or "Nate" or "Leon Washington" or "Nate Washington."
