I mean, they both suck. so not sure where the relevance is.
Difference is- Britt could break out and have 200yds receiving some day down the road.
Preston might catch a few balls at practice.
I like Preston, but he's a 3rd WR at best on most teams.
The Titans cut wide receiver Michael Preston on Wednesday in order to add linebacker Zac Diles to the 53-man roster, but the team hopes it hasn’t seen the last of Preston.
If Preston clears waivers on Thursday afternoon, the Titans plan to add him to the practice squad. Preston had been active for four games this season, but had recorded only one catch for four yards.
“That was the unfortunate part of having all these linebackers hurt,” said Titans coach Mike Munchak, whose team is dealing with injuries to Moise Fokou, Patrick Bailey and Zaviar Gooden. “Mike’s done a great job here … so the goal is to try to get him back here. We think he’s going to be a good player.”

well it was good timing too try this roster move.
most teams will not be willing too add a player, unless it was out of necessity. Not on a thursday. NO and Oakland have byes so they would really be the only teams that would willingly make a roster move right now.
but then again Im not a highly paid FO executive so what do I know
We better get him back. He's my boy.
Watch the Chargers cut Hawkins and get Preston. lol
Or the Pats...they seem to need any help at WR they can get.
If Im them I would.
Exactly. They need the help, and Rivers (as much as I hate that guy) makes the best out of nothing better than anyone other than maybe Brady. It would be a smart move.
I just think it would be funny if it happened.
He might hold out until next week for an active spot somewhere else. I hope he finds his way back onto this team.
