It's true, the "escape" wasn't anything we did. That game was a big turning point, but it started with some luck. I'd rather call the play of the year on something positive that we did for ourselves. I say the colts win by far, that's something we've wanted for years...

    Vince pumped faked.

There's a lot of guys who make a ton of money playing poker bluffing well.

That may be true, but I think it's more likely that it wasn't a pump fake, but that vince decided to pull it down since he was being tackled, rather than risk an INT. I think it's much less likely that he "planned" to trick him into letting him go, right there on the spot. Glad he made a play, but come on, give luck its due.

actually Kiwanoka thought he heard the whistle blow so he just stopped.
and if you look at that video again VY also thought he heard a whistle cause he stutter stepped for a second and let his arms down.. then he proabably saw someone telling him the play was still live so he run off.

so based on the fact that he thought he heard the whistle, as well as VY's rection, kiwanoka gave up on that play.

But it was still pretty. :grrhee:

Ok, how bout we focus on the part of the play where Vince turns, runs up field, jukes a DB out of his shoes, and gets the first.

look at the video again, VY's stutter looks more like he's just trying to regain his footing, and the fact that he kept the composure to turn and take it up the field for the first down is what really impressed me about that play.
