    Doesn't make any sense to keep Hasselbeck. I would rather roll with Rusty as a backup and draft another QB. We should draft another QB. I'm not giving up on Locker, but I'm not naive either. With the rookie salary cap, teams shouldn't be tethered to quarterbacks anymore. Teams shouldn't have to coddle them anymore.

    20mph is fast, I might be able to hit that, I doubt I could keep my footing though. I run 5:45 mile(not that fast, I know) and that's like 11.3 mph.

    where the hell do you come from when a 5:45 mile isn't fast?

    thats around an 18/19 minute 5k which isn't anything to blow off.
