The Titans practiced without offensive tackle Dave Stewart and defensive end Derrick Morgan on Sunday because of minor knee injuries.

Titans coach Mike Munchak said Morgan is likely to scrimmage Monday against Atlanta, but that Stewart is more of a questionmark.

“I’m not as sure (about Stewart). He’s a little sorer,” Munchak said. “Derrick was more of … it was a good idea to rest him since he’s been working so many days in a row. He was a little sore so we cut back on him.”

Steward said he didn’t think the injury would keep him out long.

Center Kevin Matthews (concussion) is unlikely to scrimmage against the Falcons, but he said he does expect to return to the practice field by Wednesday. The Titans are off on Tuesday.

Safety Markelle Martin (knee), who hasn’t practiced at all in training camp, said if his rehabilitation continues as expected, he’ll begin running this week.
