(Rotoworld) The Titans may have violated the CBA by not allowing Steve McNair to work out at the team's facility.

Impact: This is going to get ugly. McNair has a contract for 2006, so the Titans are out of bounds by telling him to stay away because they fear he will get injured. This could speed up his departure from the team.

    Nope - See Terrell Owens.

  3. That was before the new CBA, where the players added language that would prevent such a thing from happening...

So is there a question of a violation?

  5. There is speculation anyway. We'll have to wait and see if anything is made of the situation.

If Bus and Mac are angling for a release, they wont make a stink about it.

They may not have to. Wouldn't the NFL take up the issue?
