No way, no way any of us could make a weak team any better in 2 seasons.

If you dont go through the proper channels to get to the top, no NFL players would take a chance signing on with a first time GM, in his first year doing anything.

Maybe if you won a game show, and you somehow proved your value, maybe it could work.

But if no one likes you or even knows you, you cant run any team, none of us fans could.

Quickest way to go from zero to hero is to follow someone like Dowell Loggains path.

Not according to the Ravens, Vikings, and Rams. All of those kickers are better than Bironas now.

Tucker went undrafted. Zuerlein and Walsh were taken in the 6th round.

I think I'll reserve judgement on those guys until they can show me that they can do it year after year. Right now, they are just one year wonders.

They're young kickers. Nothing is going to change for them. If anything, they'll get better.

    Yeah, like Nick Folk!

87.4% FG made in his first two years and he hasn't topped 78% since. Went from 90.9% in 2008 to 64.3% in 2009.

He had one "slack year" last year. Give him a break it looked like he was playing injured too.

Raiders are the only team to have done that.

I'll be mad if we draft a kicker and carry 2 kickers all year.

Keeping Rob is the only right move there is. But going forwards we all should temper our expectations of him. We've been spoiled a little by Rob Bironas.
