The Titans hope to turn around a couple of troubling trends when they travel to Buffalo on Sunday.

One problem has been play on the road, where the Titans are 0-3. They have been outscored by a combined margin of 106-27 in losses at San Diego, Houston and Minnesota.

“If we’re going to make a move somewhere in this run for the season, we’re going to have to win some away games,” coach Mike Munchak said.

The Titans also want to string back-to-back victories together for the first time this season. They followed up their win over the Lions by losing 38-14 to the Texans.

“We’ve got to find a way to win two in a row,” said Munchak, whose team closed the 2011 season by winning back-to-back games. “It seems like we’ve lost two, won one, lost two, won one. So that’s not a good pattern to be on. We need to change that.

“(The victory over Pittsburgh) was a good win for us because we needed it so badly and it was against a team that we’ve had some good battles with. But we have to find a way to go to Buffalo like we did last year and play a team that is 3-3 and tied for first in their division.”

Surely after this break and extra days we will show up in Buffalo rested and start hard & fast. If we don't, LP Field will be like a ghost town the rest of the season.

With Hass playing we could very well lose. Actually I'm thinking it's more like Stevie Johnson gets to go against McCourty and finally has a big day. This Buffalo team is dangerous, a lot more so than most seem to think. We've proven ineffective at stopping the run and Spiller finally remembered how to run along with Jackson back. Unless their OLine is just trash this will be a tough game. We just don't yet have that killer instinct that the really good teams have.

Their rush attack will likely put up 200+ yards on us.
