We needed him badly if we are serious about making a run at the division and playoffs. This gets done for a 5th or later, it is dumb on our part.

SIXTH ROUND REALLY? Worthless. We've wasted 2/3 of our 3-5 round picks the last few years anyway with players that didn't pan out why not take a smaller chance with a 6th rounder for a year where we can actually contend? f&&&k off Bud.

We'd only have Lloyd for 11 games, when we will have that draft pick around for at least 3 (2 if its a complete waste) years where we can develop him.

Show me proof that he would have only been around for 11 games.

If we weren't willing to give up a draft pick for him..what makes you think we would have signed to an extension...if he even would have wanted a new contract from the Titans?

so glad our FO has a brain.... some of you are seriously sounding like the eagles FO... "lets try to sign every FA that used to do really well and bench our young guys and stunt their growth because they havent broken out in the very little regular season games that they played..."

is having lloyd around seriously going to get us to the super bowl..... i mean seriously... some of y'all need to put down the controller and stop playing madden for a bit... be patient for a bit.... geez i hate this "need it now" generation...

That still doesn't suggest he would have only been in Nashville for 11 games.

Also, what really was at stake here?
