    The NFL, as with anything, is getting more and more specialized, just look at coaches, at one point there was just the head coach and two coordinators, now we've got multiple coaches for every position, I think the front office is just finally doing the same thing with the business side.

    Titans Hire New Administrator

    SUMMARY: The Titans have announced the hiring of Vincent Marino as Senior Director of Football Administration. Marino will assist in the management of the salary cap, and be involved in player contract negotiations while working with COO Steve Underwood and Titans GM Mike Reinfeldt. “We are fortunate to recruit Vin away from the league offices,” said Titans COO Steve Underwood said in a statement. “Mike (Reinfeldt) and I have had many dealings with him through the years and he has always impressed us with his understanding of league’s player personnel systems and the collective bargaining agreement.
