    What do you expect him to do? We have no QB....If we get one and he is performing to a high standard then obviously the formula will change. Any OC coming in would see us employing a run heavy offense because we got no one to pass the ball, if we get someone that can throw the darn ball then we will change it up to more passing plays. It's not rocket science, stop pre-judging the guy, he actually seemed pretty nice and down to earth.

    Do you expect any offensive coordinator to come in with NO QB and a potential HOF RB to want to employ a pass-heavy offense?

    I'm glad he's not coming in to change for the sake of change. He's coming in and playing to whatever strengths we have. It's not the same thing, thank god.

    And people, Run-heavy =/= Fisherball.
