CJ needs a web redemption

 

Might sound dumb to some, but I like the idea of having Ben Tate in our backfield, young and explosive. Has torn us apart many times. Hopefully offer him the same kind of deal that we showed shonn greene and use the money saved to improve the line on both sides of the ball.

Control the line of scrimmage, control the game.

 

Tate is still young and serviceable. Sign him, take a late round catching RB in the draft. Tell CJ kick rocks.

 

Tate would be a pretty solid signing. In fact, the more I look at free agent runningbacks, the less I want to spend a draft pick on one.

I'd feel more comfortable picking up mostly offensive guys in free agency and using the draft to rebuild our depth on defense.

 

I'd try to save a forth or 5th for a RB. It's always good to get youth at that position. Saves cap as well. A lot of good talent this year for that position so it would be good value.

 

the more i think about it the more i realize that tate is going to cost the big bucks, something it seems that our FO is trying to get away from doing in that position.
