The Titans must be working hard to get their house in order. We were told that everything hinged upon getting McNair's deal re-worked. Then they would try to get KVB's deal in place, followed by Hartwig and then on.

We know that McNair wants to come back and the two sides must not be very far apart as the Titans are talking to the agents of several players. KVB sounds like a man who would like to return and play in Nashville next season.

I am told that the Titans are close to cementing a new deal with Hartwig and that it could be done today.

Things are shaping up quickly. With all of the crap we have seen in the past two years, its nice to see the front office get its acct together and get in shape with the team's biggest draft in ten years.

Just because we re-sign Hartwig doesn't guaruntee he's gonna start. He's probably going to fight with Amano for the starting role. Let's hope Amano has improved and can take over.
