He had below average talent at his position.

Great athlete but borderline retard with noodle side arm delivery.

Well yeah, it's an expression Bravey. What I meant was he had all the tools to be a top-flight QB, even with the accuracy issues. But what was between the ears held him back.

I'd agree he had below average throwing mechanics. The talent was there though IMO. And the guy was a legitimate playmaker way back when. His confidence was just destroyed almost immediately and he never was able to get it back. I wouldn't say he could've been "elite" but I think he could've been a top 10 type QB for us if he had a higher IQ and was more emotionally stable.

Oh well, enough about that waste of breath.

The guy has never been about money. Locker skipped out on the MLB so he could play in the NFL. The guy actually has values and character unlike most athletes today.

If the team isn't literally in your backyard it doesn't count. Duh.

I want him to succeed so badly.

Dude is the perfect QB for this town.

They will take bullets for this guy if he can win.

If I met him and he hugged a bit to long I would be okay. Like if his scruff tickled my cheek I'd be okay.

This.. I'll never dislike Jake Locker.

There are 0 questions about his passion, attitude, leadership and work ethic.

I think we all agree on that. Unfortunately that's only a part of the equation.
