SUMMARY: Titans GM Mike Reinfeldt often refers to this time of free agency as the "second wave". The big money deals have already been signed and the market is beginning to stabilize. It was during that time last year that the Titans agreed to terms with players like Jevon Kearse, Josh Stamer, Justin McCareins, Jake Scott and Chris Carr a year ago. The Titans have already looked at the secondary with defensive backs Justin Miller, Eric Green and Jarrett Bush visiting last week and will likely sign one. It's also possible the Titans may look to add another receiver to the mix and Torry Holt may become available later this month. At 32, Holt would add experience to the position and the Titans may be willing to give up a late-round pick for him before he hits the open market.

I like the idea of Justin Miller. If we lose Carr, he is a must.
