    <p><em>Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky</em></p> <p>Winning a battle against last week's No. 1 elevated the Titans back to No. 1 in the Week 17 edition of <a href="http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/powerranking?season=2008&week=17" shape="rect" target="_blank">our power rankings</a>.</p> <p>I imagine they'll finish the regular season there, too, since this week's game at Indy means nothing for either team, but Jeff Fisher will have more interest in winning it than Tony Dungy.</p> <table align="center" border="0"><tr><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> <table bgcolor="#c0c0c0" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="500"><tr><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"> <table border="0" cellspacing="1" width="100%"><tr><td bgcolor="#196120" colspan="6" rowspan="1"><font color="#ffffff" face="Verdana" size="1"><strong>AFC South Power Rankings</strong> </font></td></tr><tr><td align="center" bgcolor="#d6d6d6" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1"><strong>Rank</strong></font></td><td bgcolor="#d6d6d6" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1"><strong>Team</strong></font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#d6d6d6" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1"><strong>PK Last week</strong></font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#d6d6d6" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1"><strong>PK This week</strong></font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#d6d6d6" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1"><strong>Panel High</strong></font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#d6d6d6" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1"><strong>Panel Low</strong></font></td></tr><tr><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">1</font></td><td bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Tennessee</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">2</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">1</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">1</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">2</font></td></tr><tr><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">5</font></td><td bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Indianapolis</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">5</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">5</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">3</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">6</font></td></tr><tr><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">21</font></td><td bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Houston</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">15</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">18</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">18</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">22</font></td></tr><tr><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">25</font></td><td bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">Jacksonville</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">25</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">25</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">23</font></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1"><font face="Verdana" size="1">26</font></td></tr></table> </td></tr></table> </td></tr></table> <p>I was low man on Philadelphia last week, and thanks to <a href="/blogs/nfceast" shape="rect" target="_blank">Matt Mosley</a> advertising it, I got an e-mail from the City of Brotherly Love. Paraphrased, it said I should #@&%^#$&. (Got no message from the dude when I long over-ranked the Eagles earlier this season).</p> <p>So I'll be hitting refresh <a href="http://proxy.espn.go.com/chat/mailbagESPN?event_id=21417" shape="rect" target="_blank">on the mailbag</a> today to see the follow up. I thought the Eagles' loss to Washington was pitiful, and I moved them back to 20, where I am the low man on them again. (It does seem a little extreme, but it was awfully late. And all <a href="http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=7511" shape="rect" target="_new">Reggie Brown</a> had to do while those defenders nailed him while airborne was extend his arms toward the goal line).</p> <p>They fell from 13th to 15th overall. I said they'd get a big bump if they beat the Redskins. I'll say they'll get a big bump if they beat Dallas, and I won't be at all surprised if they do.</p> <p>As always, so you know who else's mailbag to flood with your complaints, here's a link to an excellent <a href="/blogs/nfcwest/0-6-262/Power-rankings--How-the-voters-voted.html" shape="rect" target="_blank">breakdown</a> of the voting by NFC West maven Mike Sando.</p>
