I see what you're getting at
but you're a little off base
I'm not so sure that it's a lack of talent at positions
I'm suspicious that it's a lack of talent at coaching

One thing not brought up enough, is several of our players have never even made it through all 16 games before. We dont have playmakers, and he we don't have experience. Not even Vince has gone a full season yet. Stamina alone is going to be a problem for many of our kids and they need to find a second wind at some point. One win should do that.

Look, the team we most match up with is the Jags with the exception that they obviously do have a more talented back field. They don't have anyone special at WR. Garrard hasn't thrown an int all year. They played us with Quinn Gray at QB and kicked our butts.

So Sox youre saying the problem is QB play or coaching or both?

The Titans have an offensive threat -- unfortunately, his name is Rod Bironas.

I wouldn't classify Young as an offensive threat right now (he has 8 TDs in 10 games -- 5 passing, 3 running). Although he can create havoc with his feet, he doesn't run for a bunch of TDs. And he doesn't throw for TDs. I understand it isn't all Young's fault, but doesn't it scare anyone that the Titans scored nearly as many points in the one game Collins started (38) as they have in their last three games COMBINED (39)?

And why has the team gone away from the running game, when that was the most effective part of the offense? The Titans have been unable to get any balance in their offense -- they've only had 3 games this season where they have run for 100+ yards AND thrown for 100+ yards in the same game.
