Lol. Short is one thing. MJD is probably 40lbs heavier and breaks tackles. He doesn't dance around in the same spot and let defenders gang up on him. Be prepared to see a lot of that in 2014.

Why, do you think CJ is coming back?

Again.. I like his versatility but this dude isn't a starting Rb come on. We still need to draft one. Look at Hyde, Mason, Freeman or Sankey

Being short does work to a RB's advantage. Nothing is worse than a tiny RB that you don't see til the last second because the line covered him up.

I wanted Sproles, but I guess he's too old anyways (and still not a FA).

I was curious and I checked out Sproles measurables...

At 5'6" this dude ran 4.31 40 and put up 23 reps on the bench... and had a 33 inch vertical. That's insane.

I said during McCluster's draft "Draft him. Trade CJ. Just put him in and he can do the exact same thing"

And that's when CJ was good. Unfortunately, our OL isn't half as good as it was then or else it'd still be true.

The first time I saw Sproles I did not. I was talking to a friend on the phone and we both began watching a k state game. We began laughing hysterically, because we had never seen sproles before, and how he would disappear into a pile. You would think the play was dead and he would squirt out the other side for a huge gain over and over. It was so hilarious!

That gives me a flashback to a Barry Sanders play. He had three defenders that had him lined up perfectly. He juked and all three defenders hit the floor. Cant remember who he was playing but I remember thinking that was the most amazing thing I had seen on a football field.
