    Whatever next , signing promising and decent players to cost effective deals ?? What the hell is going on round here ; can't we just keep a load of turgid dregs on the roster at ridiculous costs like we did with Fisher ???

    Seriously - this is good work. If Whizz , Horton and Rus can get Verner to buy in and sign up then this franchise really has started to see the seachange.

    They must have felt they needed at least one guaranteed big DE before free agency begins. I hope the focus is to still upgrade that position entering the season.
