Titans agree to terms with K Rob Bironas

Outstanding! Bironas is a clutch kicker and has won many games for us.

His declined play is exaggerated a bit, he's still a good kicker. No sense in wasting time for another kicker when we have a good one here. Smart move by the Titans and so far this off season has been right in line.
