Maybe it's just me but I'm sensing Rotoworld thinks the Titan signings are jokes ...?

Titans lock up long snapper with 5-year deal

Where is the the aggressiveness they talked about? These signing are key but the big name FAs are being scooped up like flies and doesn't seem like the Titans are getting the memo ...?

Titans re-signed LS Beau Brinkley to a five-year, $5.75 million contract.

While the rest of the NFL's bottom feeders attempt to improve their roster via free agency, the Titans have focused on keeping their own ... punters and long snappers ... and pursuing Mark Sanchez. After paying top dollar to retain P Brett Kern, Tennessee has locked up Brinkley through his age-29 season.

So excited for this signing. May not be any good at offense or defense, but that punt game is going to be out of this world.

What signings have happened that we had a chance at that has a new team?

Priorities are not always what happens first. Deals for a punter and long snapper are not difficult. That's why they are done first, that doesn't mean they where the most important

I never knew that a long snapper could make over 1 million per year. I find this to be a questionable signing because there are only 32 High level long snapper gigs in the world, and pretty much all candidates would take minimum pay, which is slightly more than half that.

But my guess is that the big money free agents will sign elsewhere, so the extra 500,000 per year won't make a hill o' beans difference in the next 5 years. Not many of the young guys on roster seem to be due for huge contracts any time soon.

I remember when a professional magician came from doing children's parties, to be the titans long snapper. He did a fine job.
