The Titans on Tuesday signed receiver Justin Hilton, who previously spent time with the Bengals and most recently in the Arena Football League. Hilton worked out for the Titans. The Patriots also expressed an interest in Hilton.

To make room for Hilton, the Titans released receiver Travis Harvey.
