Here's the article that made me think that.

Babineaux isn't a very good tackler, missed 18 tackles last year.

I'm not saying he's bad... but I feel like we overrate him because he plays next to Griff.

Yeah that's what I was getting at. I love Babineaux, but he's nothing amazing. He's a solid starter.

 

he doesn't have the fluidity of a FS but has the size, power, and hitting ability of a SS.

 

Both of you fan very good points. I wish that we had a complete SS and let pse two fight for the FS spot.

 

Training camp will put a dull on some of these can't miss gems , and make a star out of some John Doe, my take is this,..... Solomon and Da-john Harris will be PS projects, Douzable will be used in the trenches with the DT's ,Ball is one concussion away from sitting out a few games, Sheppard will make the cut and be listed right behind Morgan, this will be his make or break chance with the Titans, he'll be the hardest working D-Lineman in TC .

A few comments.
I think our backup SS is still on someone else's roster and will be acuired through camp cuts
I have gone with only 9 O-linemen because Kropog and Durand can be swing guys similar to the role Loper used to play for us.
Gee, it feels good to look at the quality and depth in our WR group. That has been a long time coming!!
