Loyalty in coaching in the nfl is what gets people like munch fired.

Honestly there isnt a positional coach who I think we should hold on to BESIDES Frank Bush and Dowell Loggains (if hes not coordinator) and special teams coach.. Some moves this team makes just baffle me

Both ways really. When there is too munch loyalty to a coach that isn't succeeding and they keep giving him chances... It finally cost them their jobs. These little pawn fireings he's doing is to look like he's doing something... Someone has to go. Someone has to get replaced... But he's over here replacing people that are just pawns.

Matthews and Gray get to stay, man this franchise is trash. SMH

I'd be willing to give Mathews a chance to show what he can do with competent players. After all, one of the main problems with our O-Line this year was them getting pushed backwards immediately at the snap. Only the players and maybe the strength and conditioning coach can do anything about that.
