Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky
In our final installment of a series intended to look for players unlikely to be drafted in the first three rounds who will be quality NFL players, we turn to Graham Watson.

She's got the very difficult assignment of blogging on college football's independents and others, schools that fall outside of the six big conferences that have their own bloggers in the college football network.

I asked Graham for three players that fit the criteria for her, and here is what she said:

Austin Collie, WR, BYU -- Collie might not be a household name, but his workouts at both the NFL ccouting combine and BYU's pro day suggest that he has the potential to be a great find in the lower rounds of the draft. Collie has great game speed and great moves. He also has a :grrr::grrr::grrr::grrr:y swagger to him that got him in trouble against certain opponents while at BYU, but could turn into a Wes Welker-type of player on the right team. (NFLDraftScout.com rates Collie as a fourth-rounder.)

Frank Summers, FB, UNLV -- The Steelers sent three scouts to watch Summers work out during UNLV's pro day last month and Summers had a trip planned to Pittsburgh on Thursday to meet the coaches and general manager. In two years at UNLV, Summers gained 2,070 yards from scrimmage, but was on an unsuccessful team. Still, he'll be a gem for the Steelers or other potential suitors as a good short-yardage or goal-line back. (NFLDraftScout.com doesn't have a rating on Summers.)

Jason Phillips, LB, TCU -- Phillips was the leading tackler off the nation's best defense last season. He was pivotal in holding rushing attacks at bay. He's quick, he's smart and he's a great leader, which might not immediately translate to the NFL, but will definitely help him down the road. (NFLDraftScout.com rates Phillips as a fourth-rounder.)

Thanks to Graham for chiming in.

Here are our previous looks at the SEC, Big 12, Big Ten, Pac-10, ACC and Big East.

I enjoyed tying into the college bloggers and hope I can return the favor.
